Cary McCord – A Seasoned Professional

Cary McCord, RPA®, SMA®, Epro Licensed Real Estate Broker President, Murphy Commercial Realty, Inc.

During his 36 year real estate career Cary McCord has sold and leased over 3 million square feet of commercial, office, retail and industrial properties throughout the United States. Since assuming the top position at Murphy Commercial Real Estate, Mr. McCord has focused on the brokerage of office, retail and industrial properties in the Tampa Bay area with sales topping $6 million annually.

Prior to joining the Murphy Business team, Mr. McCord served in top management positions with EGF Realty, Lincoln Property Company, Vision Twenty One, Inc. and the Allen Morris Company. His previous experience included the management and leasing of 1 million square feet of back office banking facilities, 100 bank branch locations in Florida, 179 retail and optical locations across the U.S., and 10 office buildings in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and California.
